How can I get to Recovery Mode on the 7024?

I installed SuperUser and when I ran it, it said there was an update which could not be installed after d/load, and instead copied onto my sdcard as a signed file. I was supposed to be able to flash that signed file in Recovery Mode.
So I know about the press-Home-button-and-Power-button-togehter
