Ketogenic Diet

I am strongly considering trying a ketogenic diet for my migraines. None of the preventative meds have worked and none of the supplements I'm taking have helped - although the B-vitamins did help my sciatic pain, made my nails and hair grow better, and the D3 helped with my rosacea.

I've tried an elimination diet as well, eliminating wheat, eggs, and dairy. Not only was there no change in my migraines, but I began to lose weight very quickly (120lbs down to 105lbs in two weeks).
