Continuous Neck pain

Does anyone else have neck / shoulder pain that almost never goes away? The pain starts at the base of my skull then runs down my neck and across both my shoulders. Regardless of whether I have any other migraine symptoms or indeed a full on migraine, the neck / should pain really never goes away. Even when I have what I would term a "good day" - ie no nausea, visions, light sensitivity or headache, my neck seems to just continuously tense up and get tighter and [......]
