A trigger point causing extra pain.

I have a trigger point or something in my left eyebrow.
It hurts if I yawn and when I chew.

I am pretty sure it is causing me extra pain.
If I yawn I can feel it in back/top of my head as well.
I also have a problem with my jaw on that side.
I am told it is tight muscles.

My question is, does anyone have one of these points, and have you found a way to deal with it please?
I spoke to the physio lady and she said apply pressure and massage gently to break [......]
