Too hot at night
Yes, I am very hot.
And I wonder why, and if others have this feeling too.
I am always too hot in bed at night.
No matter what temperaturet is, as soon as I am under covers at night I feel so hot, that I keep fighting my bedding to get cooled down. I have been like this all my life.
Yet if I measure my temperature, when I feel like I am burning it is prefectly normal.
Now I see my little garndson is the same, he

it reminded me of the time Mrs Plisskens diaphragm got stuck in.....my hand got trapped trying to pull it out.....it was a whole afternoon before i could break free, I dont know who was more traumatised, me her or the window cleaner
