Free Forums V.S. Self Hosted
If you came across, lets say a promotion forum hosted on a free forum that is active with a fairly large member base would you join it and give it the same credibility as a similar promotion forum thats hosted on mybb or another software? Many people don't give credit to forum hosted by forumotion for example because there free, it makes no difference, mybb is free, just you host it yourself.
