How to remove: Application Cannot be Executed, File **** is infected - FakeAV

The following is a removal guide for rogue antivirus software that commonly displays this message:

"Application Cannot be Executed, File **** is infected"

These are messages that are aimed at scaring a computer user in to thinking their files are infected, when in reality, they are not.
