[ANSWERED] Install Windows Language Pack after created reduced ISO

I use WinReducer to remove languages, keyboard and some (or all) Modern UI application. After I remove that I want to install MyLanguage Language Pack. I want to use Windows 8.1 as it has been used on workstation like WindowsXP - without ModernUI apps with start button

Scenario I
Removed all keyboards (except mylanguage and english_US), all languages (except myLanguage and UnitedStates). I create new ISO, I install it on computer. [......]

Have a 64 Bit Windows 7 and the Service Pack 1 won't install. I hear there are some problem with updating from a 64 bit computer.
i backup the installed Drivers from installed 8.1win with "double Driver", then i remove with winreducer These Drivers: Printer Scanner Lan Drivers (all) wlan Drivers (all) after install the reduced iso i cant install the backup Drivers
Title pretty much sums it up. Reduced my Windows 10 down to a 1.99GB ISO and 3.15GB on fresh install. Works in a virtual machine fine... Can actually log in, create a user and password, use express/customise settings, set up network, etc. All programs
