2 sources using Dimensional Modeling Workbook

We are using Kimballs Generic Dimensional Modeling Workbook and it is really great! But now we have 2 sources to the same target and are not sure about how to document that. Anyone now about a best practice for how to document this in the Generic Dimensional Modeling Workbook?
