Fatal error : Failed To Locate Necessary Table(s) To Make Adjustments

I got this error everytime my computer boots. I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

FATAL ERROR : Failed To Located Necessary Table(s) To Make Adjustments

Is there a way to fix the problem? I've been very frustrated with the problem as I find this irritating.
